Save Power
Just a few of the ways a lighting system saves money (and hastle) in the long run:
Lights can be turned off at a specified hour (basement lights between 10PM and 8AM, for example) , or after a specified period (such as a closet light after 5 minutes of no activity)
Running lights at 90% power can save more than 10% on energy consumption while doubling the
lifespan of the
bulb (thus halving the chances of falling off the ladder)
Pre-configured scenes, such as "Away" or "Bedtime," can shut off all lights except for those specified (hallways, bathrooms, etc.)
When used in conjunction with light-sensing shade control, sunlight can be utilized for natural room illumination. Put simply: beautiful light, minimal juice!
